Always a pleasure going to the clinic! I see Dr. Grogan and Susan in person, however have had a phone consultation with Dr. Difalco . Excellent team, nurses, receptionists.
Questions unrelated to the visit are discussed, and I never feel rushed. This is extremely important!

As always, Dr. Grogan gets right to the point of why you are there and your ailments. Very kindly shares small chit chats with you as he quickly fills out your paper work. He will look you in your eyes and explain exactly what he believes is wrong with you and will go on with what everything Dr. Grogan believes the patients will be moving forward with.

Dr Grogan is a very caring doctor. He makes is patients feel like they are the most important to him. Also, their patient portal is quick to respond and that’s hard to find. Thank you to his staff for that.

I was in to follow up for my cholesterol levels after starting medication, and I asked for the flu shot as well. Quick results due to the lab being onsite, and friendly staff. Everything was explained as needed.
