About Jennifer Hall DiFalco, MD
Jennifer Hall DiFalco, MD, is a board-certified family physician with more than two decades of experience providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. She offers comprehensive family health care at Bethel Family Medicine in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Dr. DiFalco joined the team at Bethel Family Medicine in 1994. In 1998, she embarked on her service as a missionary, which eventually led her to the Ivory Coast in West Africa, where she spent 12 years as the medical director of the Baptist Mission Hospital in Ferkessédougou, Côte d’Ivoire. During this time, Dr. DiFalco became fluent in French and gained a wealth of insight into cross-cultural medicine.
Since rejoining Bethel Family Medicine in 2012, Dr. DiFalco has become the resource adviser for electronic medical records in addition to her clinical duties. She handles medical exams for commercial drivers and is certified by the Department of Transportation to carry out examinations.
A native of Massachusetts, Dr. DiFalco grew up in East Bridgewater. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biology and chemistry from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. She earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester and completed her residency at Williamsport Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Dr. DiFalco is active in her church’s outreach ministry, Operation Kindness, and enjoys spending time with her husband in their new home.
