About Susan Andrea, FNP

Susan Andrea, RNC, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in comprehensive family medicine, including preventive care, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and women’s health, as well as cosmetic services. She brings more than two decades of experience to her patients at Bethel Family Medicine in Brockton, Massachusetts.

An expert in individual and community disease prevention education, Susan empowers her patients to preserve and enhance their own health and well-being. She draws on her advanced training and research in holistic health and alternative therapies to provide her patients with wellness practices that integrate the mind, body, and spirit.

After earning her nursing degree from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, Susan practiced nursing in a variety of settings, including surgical, intensive care, home care, and community health. She then earned her master of science degree in community health nursing/family nurse practitioner from the Connell School of Nursing at Boston College.

Susan holds certifications in nutrition and integrative medicine, FirstLine Therapy® and Whole Health Education®, Hatha and Yin yoga, qi gong, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, and Shamballa healing. She is an instructor and mentor of nurse practitioners in training at the clinical programs at Boston College and the University of Massachusetts in Worcester.  

Susan is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses Association.
